We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting product integrity.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Original tags, labels, and any included documentation must be intact.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Opened or used personal care/beauty items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@amruthgroup.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you promptly to evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, skincare).
- Any brushes or other cosmetic items that are no longer in their original packaging.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately. Exchanges will be handled as a new transaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
